5 stars goes completely to the technician they sent out. If you re in New Jersey, try and get Giovanni Lamarre. He arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled installation, made sure to reach out when he was on his way, and walked us through every step of the process. Not a single question he couldn t answer about the security system. He was incredibly kind, and treated our home with respect (making the least amount of alterations for wiring). He left his work area impeccable and left us his direct number if we had any other questions in the future. Great install experience.
