I had trouble with my bill - it was way more expensive than it should have been and then instead of helping me with the problem Uber support charged me even more than my already over priced bill. And now no one will answer my emails to handle this mess up and now every number I have tried to call to talk to a real live person, all are dead ends. No one picks up and they don't go to voicemail so you can't even leave a message. I am so frustrated with Uber right now. I had never had a problem in the past and I really liked using Uber but now that I know how horrible their customer service is I don't think I will be using them anymore and I would advise others to go with a company that actually cares about their customers.
