Sadly, The Homestead isn't what it used to be. The Omni should admit they made a mistake, and find a luxury hotel buyer who can do the property justice. The Homestead deserves better, as do her long-term, still-dedicated patrons. Until then, I would suggest that anyone consider other alternatives in the area, such at The Inn at Gristmill Square.
