Like itsaso velez del burgo said in his review, I also feel cheated.
In July, 2019 my hard drive crashed. When I called this company up, they were very convincing and would not stop calling me and pestering me to find out when I was taking the hard drive to them. This went on for about a week and sometimes they would call me twice a day. When I eventually went to their offices, the person I met told me that they would definitely recover my data but that i needed to pay the 30% service fee. The office is located in Centro House in what seems to be a dodgy set up because there was no sign board with the company name. I even asked to see their "laboratory" and the guy seemed surprised and uneasy at my request. He told me that the technicians were using the lab and therefore I could not be allowed access. I put my doubts aside and went ahead and paid the 30% Service Fee. After that I did not hear from them for weeks! Every time I would call, they would not answer my call or say that they would call me back but never did. Eventually at the end of October, I called and threatened to go to the police and report their suspicious activities and finally got and email response early November saying that my data could not be retrieved and at the same time offering me data back up solutions! This may be a scam to collect the service fee from unsuspecting desperate citizens.
