Buying the Travelers Insurance does not mean you get a refund. Customer service reps do not help they just read of a screen and keep repeating the same thing over and over. I canceled my trip well within the cancelation time frame and they still want to keep more then half of the total price I paid for my trip with an unrealistic explanation.

They booked me travel from the hotel to the airport it never showed up add two people get sick and had to go home and able to charge me extra

I love the idea of not paying a travel agent and being able to make payments on vacations without a middle man.

So helpful and made the vacation go so easy. Great service.
