I have been trying to reach someone about getting a refund for the 2020 season. They have ignored all my emails and all my phone messages.Nobody ever actually answers the phone nor is anybody ever in the office.Absolutely horrible service. Please take your kids elsewhere.Avoid the Brampton Soccer Club.I am a senior on a limited income and could sorely use this money on other things....like groceries.Pathetic.

If you love your child avoid this club and take hi...

If you love your child avoid this club and take him or her to a real soccer club, don t waste your money here. I had my two boys 9 and 11 years old playing soccer in this club and ended up with one of them hate soccer and moving the other one to a real soccer club with professional coaches. The coaches in this club are parent volunteers with no experience. The 11 years boy was sitting on the bench most of the time during games, my frequent complaints to the club representative in Brampton Soccer Center did not work and my lengthy email to the club manager just added to the frustration. They pretended to care and kept telling me that their policy is that each kid play at least half of the game time, but in reality that never happened to lots of kids. I started paying attention to how much time each kid is allowed to play and I noticed that some kids play the whole game time and some kids barely have any play time. This is not fair to the kids and should never happen in a house league. The club has no power over the coaches, they are always struggling to find volunteers to coach and they can t afford loosing a coach. The club s rep tryouts was a complete joke, I noticed that several kids use jerseys with the same colour and number, when I brought that to the club representatives attention in the field the answer was that this is not a problem because they know the kids, what a lie! There were between 100 to 200 kids there and there was no way in hell for them to know which kid did well, I believe the whole process was fake and a cover up. I registered my 9 years old son in a real soccer club with real coatching and he became 2017 striker of the year. You pay extra but get proper development for your child, cheaper is not always better. My experience with this club is one of the worst, I gave them 1, but would give zero if I had the option.

Unethical and unscrupulous!

Unethical and unscrupulous!
2003 boys worked hard, winning back to back championships and achieving their goal of being promoted to GHSL. Only to have the GHSL spot that they earned ripped away from them without any explanation and given to a team that joined the age group as part of the amalgamation and that couldn't even secure a spot for themselves at the lower premier level.

Sadly, it's evident that club politics is behind this atrocity. There's no just reason to have made this decision otherwise. They try to use the excuse that the results from last season were less than desireable, but the clubs negligence was the reason for it. They assigned several other teams to the head coach, overextending him to the point that he missed most practices and games. He eventally left the team but by that point, the damage was done

That said, they still managed to maintain their spot in GHSL and deserve to be there!

The club has lost all integrity!

I will tell you i have had a bad experience's with the admin staff. I had a credit card stolen/miss placed. I contacted the bank and canelled my card and had a new card to replace it. I had asked for a refund and filled out the form with the explanation of why the card number had changed........ I am now being told they cant change the card number EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE THE ORINIGAL CARD AS IT WAS CANCELLED and i provided the new card #. I am being told I wont get my money back for this past season that was cancelled that I paid for in feb and my son has not had one lesson because they cant changed the card info and its not possible to receive a cheque as the office is close. So my 200 plus dollar i gave them i cant get back

Parents BEWARE!!!!! This is a club that will take your money, charge additional team fees and have your kid sit for an entire game for several games. They have their core players and only add players to meet financial obligations. When my son left the team and wanted to move on to play soccer for another club, it took over 30 days, and an 11 page complaint letter before I finally got a response for my son's player book. Now that Player cards are being used, the coach also refuses to replace my son's player card and has the audacity to blame my son for the card supposedly being unavailable to be returned to us. The manager of one of the teams is inappropriate and constantly makes racists comments, nasty and negative comments to players and parents. They tolerate the boys getting into verbal and physical fights with other teams. THE worst experience we have ever had since my son started playing soccer.

One thing that sets us apart from other clubs is our commitment to creating a positive environment for our members. We believe that every player should feel valued regardless of their skill level or background. That’s why we encourage our coaches to focus on building relationships with their players based on mutual respect and trust.

We also understand how important it is for parents/guardians to be involved in their child's development as an athlete. That's why we offer various opportunities throughout the year where parents can volunteer or attend games/tournaments as spectators.

In addition to providing quality soccer programs for youth in Brampton, BYSC also strives towards giving back through community outreach initiatives such as charity events or donations towards local organizations supporting youth development.
