I had my routine teeth cleaning. The hygienist was very nice but didn't know I could get the warmer water. She was not as thorough as previous hygienists. I had to rinse three times to get the grit off my teeth and they didn't feel as polished as in the past. She told me to go up to the sink to rinse my mouth instead of giving me the cup and vehicle to spit the water out. This is a one time disappointment. ALL other work in the past has been wonderful.
