We have purchased Kohler Toilet Accessories for a value of around 6.5L in different phases.

We had a discussion with Kohler Team in Bangalore and the materials were then routed through the dealer - Ram Ceramics.

We now have a concern that we need to exchange few materials as there are some changes in our site. exchange value could be around 15k.
But we are getting no support either from the Kohler Team-Bangalore nor from their dealer.Both are just passing the approval authority on each other, making us suffer for our requirement, even after paying the amount in Advance.Now, those materials are definitely of no use to us.
