UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY SCOTTCO AND ASSURED THAT THE MATTER WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. I AM SURE THAT THEY WILL LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD.
6 month old HVAC unit malfunctioned. Thermostat not wired correctly, heat pump locked out, all unbeknownst to me. 425$ electric bill showed up in January. Scottco says all is now fixed but they're not interested in helping me pay this exorbitant electric bill. I'm a monthly paying customer to their super savers club. What did that get me? Nothing. Very disappointed that they'll fix their shoddy work and appliance but leave me footing the electric bill.
