I found myself in traffic court without representation for a speeding ticket and driving without insurance ticket. I had contacted a lawyer I found on line who was rude and informed me he would plead the speeding violation down to a infraction lesser than the original ticket but could make no promises it would not be reported to my insurance which was my primary concern. I stressed about it from time to time leading up to the court date then having prayed I surrendered the situation and felt peace about it. As the court convened Jeannie Mucklestone was representing several cases and stood confident and strong as she one case after another had each of them dismissed for varies technicalities pertaining to speeding tickets , as she finished her last case I knew this was an answer to my prayer and as she left the court room I followed and asked Ms. Mucklestone would you represent me? I explained the circumstances of the tickets and she agreed to representing me, she told me to wait for her where we were talking, re-entered the court room, exited 5 minutes later with a full dismissal. I would recommend her expertise to anyone with such a dilemma as I was in.
