When I signed up they were so fast to get into my house and began to install before I had time to read contract clearly. I signed a 5 yr alarm contract. That is a crazy length of time. I only wanted a system while my husband was deployed because my anxiety was so high with him gone and I was overwhelmed. They have never been understanding of this even though we put up with a system we no longer use for three years. We had them lower our cost but the expense is no longer in our budget. They don't care.
