I don t know what happened to his place but it used to be so much better. Been staying here regularly for years while on business. Seems like Covid is the excuse for everything. It s hard to get a hold of anyone at the front desk and usually only one person is there. Half the time even for diamond members getting water at the desk is impossible during check-in. Room cleanliness is just average. The parking lot is full of cones blocking off good parking spots inexplicably. In general disappointing from what it used to be. I ll need to find a new place when Im in Long Beach.
