This Marriott is in a decent location, but not in Prime condition. Could use a refresh of beds and furniture (at least the room that we were in). Also, please check make sure if you need a Rollaway bed that the room can actually physically accommodate the bed with the other furniture in the room. We were left stepping around the hideaway bed when in use and it was still very much in the way when not in use.

12 year old daughter was disappointed with the policy of no one under age 16 in the hot tub. This is the first hotel in years that there's even been a lifeguard at the pool area.

Workout areas were musty on the first floor, then the basement weight room felt like a 1970s basement. Needs help.

The Concierge lounge was a bright spot at the hotel, well stocked and great service folks.
