Review of Hotel Jerome

I did not stay here so I can't review the accommod...

I did not stay here so I can't review the accommodations. I did along with part of my bridal party have lunch here the day before my wedding. We ate at the j bar and had burgers, cocktails and appetizers. The bar and b wait staff were great. Our resort shuttle had a regularly scheduled route pickup out front of the hotel and the only bad experience we had was b with a short gentleman in a suit with blond hair and glasses who very rudely and disrespectfuly treated my party while waiting for our shuttle. Asking us why we were there and v what he could help us with as I'd he didn't appreciate our presence out front. Little did he know we were actually planning to have our wedding cocktail hour drinks and hors d'oeuvres there the following evening. The way he acted towards us made us chang venue to the St. Regis.
