Very unorganized with any type of paperwork. I had to send 3 copies of my high school transcript before it was correctly entered into the system. Each semester has atleast 1 major issue from the staff from financial aid to general questions. They will run you to every office they can before anyone gives an answer and everyone will have a different answer.
