On the positive location (15 minutes walk from the castle), the very polite and helpful staff, the strong wi-fi, the large room, the bed very comfortable and the rich breakfast with great variety. Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel I was disappointed. Need renewal urgently. Worst of all, they were forgotten to put us on a sub-base, so we fell asleep to find out that we had a layer full of hairs. Fortunately they corrected it immediately. Also the hotel bar was closed, but the room service and the mini bar of the room had soft drinks, beers and wine. Bathroom cosmetics except poor was enough for one person. TV too small for such a room. In general, it proved to be below our expectations and for the price we paid we were not happy.
