Exceptional service and outstanding location. Small rooms though

Friendly and polite staff, breakfast not so good, very good location in the city center. The rooms should be better ventilated and have screens at all. The standard room expected it better and more spacious for its price and why it is a five star hotel.

Hopeless value for money. The hotel is very old, needs a thorough renovation. Bad breakfasts. We expected a 5-star hotel as described, and we found a 3 * in our opinion. Avoid yourself, unless you have nothing to spend your money on.

What a hotel. Blown away. Food, rooms, service, pool... upper market

The most wonderful hotel in Mykonos. If you are looking for exquisite taste from the rooms to the lobby and the restaurant and the pool, Belvedere is your place. The attention is incredible and all the staff makes you feel special at all times. It's definitely the option in Mykonos. Thanks a lot specially to the manager that help us since we arrive.

Great hotel, very smiling staff and very comfortable room, prices a bit high but frankly everything is together for a very good time.

We had a great time. Bellen and a few other staff members really helped us find some fun amazing places to go on the island. Only problem was there was a mistake made by the hotel and we were extremely shocked by how Christofer the manager dealt with the situation. We found him to be unpleasant throughout the holiday. Lovely place but wouldn't go back.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities. The food is good although the included breakfast is not the best, you can order a la carte.

We arrived to a dirty room with a huge dead bug in the bathroom and cigarette butts by our suite's jacuzzi. The staff seemed very short handed, but was able to accommodate switching rooms to something cleaner. In the new room, we experienced a bunch of issues with the electricity and lights, which they also we able to address. Elena and the concierge were very helpful in making recommendations and booking restaurants, boats and beach clubs. Appreciate the ease of WhatsApp communication. All things considered, our stay was not bad but certainly did not meet expectations.

Good position in town. In a quiet spot. Nice view and ok Asian restaurant. Greek restaurant is ok too. Nothing exceptional. It could have stay a local hotel

Finest hotel in Mykonos Town. And rating this on a "Mykonos Scale" it should receive 5 Stars. However, compared to hotels around the world, the Belvedere gets 4 Stars from me. Highlights- Stunning pool with exceptional poolside service. Delicious food that is artfully prepared. Exquisite grounds. And very convenient location, right in town. Lowlights- Expensive and the rooms are small..I mean small. I had a Jr. Suite and if want to be able to move around your room without feeling claustrophobic, I highly recommend getting a Jr. Suite or Suite. Also, if you desire a certain view, make sure that is known in your reservation.

place to be... for a short visit on this beautiful island - the perfect stay in town (within minutes at all restaurants and night-life, during stay not noisy whatsoever)

Very poor service for high price. Wifi didn't work in our room (what? I pay 600 euros a night and you can buy an extra router??), Water stopped working, breakfast was very basic (cold eggs, cold zuchini pie, cheese, salami, croissant) for that price i would expect at least an omelet and the rooms are very very small. The list actually goes on... the worst part is the staff didn't do anything to make our experience more enjoyable even when they knew it was our honeymoon. we go to luxury hotels for the service this was very disappointing. I would never go back and would actively encourage others not to. The location was really good though, i'd suggest people look into the hotels near by.

A true 5 star experience in beautiful Mykonos. If you want luxury and elegance, Belvedere is the answer

Fab location and great poolside. Rooms need updating, and restaurant is ok. Expected much more from paying $$$$. Staff is nice, service is good. They helped us with car rental and directions to certain places. Location is very convenient, walking distance into the cute town streets restaurants, bars, and clubs. That is why we chose it in the first place. Considering the price, we expected it to be more upscale and it just wasn't.

This hotel is amazing! It s 5 minutes away from Chora (on foot), it has exceptional cuisine, great service and the staff is very professional and friendly! You can relax during the day by the pool as it s very quite or visit the Spa area which is really good. Most of the rooms have a sea view and there are super clean. I d definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately every year this place is been getting worst and more expensive although it has so much potential it's sad to see how lousy it has become. The only great thing about the place are the people who work there extremely friendly nice hospitable and do their best every possible time.

The most lofty hotel, the most accessible, to Hawa, the Uphill Calm of Psychology, O angels of the Most Merciful, the crowds are crowded, and the road is filled with more imaginative motels on the island and sweeter, and the views that overlook them are better.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate the rooms as we were only there to eat.
The restaurant is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly. In terms of price, the restaurant is not that different from the rest of the island. The choice of dishes could be a bit bigger. The food was unfortunately rather mediocre (pasta overcooked, etc.) which was not expected. The music and the adjoining bar were also very atmospheric.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, in a genuine way. Hotel is well designed though for the price paid slightly more was expected from the room (in terms of size or amenities). Pool area is superb. Location wise, it is a nice 10 minute stroll away from old town's main square.
