The automatic number plate recognition for parking is broken. I was at the centre for one hour and quarter. Under three hours is free. I was slugged with a $9 charge. I pressed the button to get it waived and was told that if a charge appeared then I had to pay it. Not happy! Do yourself a favour and go to Know or Doncaster instead.
