Greatly improved facilities since I visited last time. We have purchased tickets about week ahead via website. The option with introduction (thanks Jet) it might be slightly more expensive but gives you an insides of the story that helps to appreciate experience much more. Moving and often heartbreaking facts leaves mark for the rest of the day. For people who expect touch and see a lot this is not place to visit. The story matters.
