This is a hotel that has seen better days and better management. It is impressive looking on the outside, but that's the last part that's impressive. To be fair, the bed is clean and comfortable, the plumbing and heat work. The TV gets all the channels I want. This Sheraton covers the basics that you want in a hotel. They do give you two free bottles of water as well.

What I didn't like:
1. Stains on the carpet - primarily an indicator of age - the room seems clean.
2. The entry light to my room did not work (and after three days was not fixed)
3. Internet was not free. The Hilton Garden across the street gives you free slow (128K) internet - you can pay for faster.
4. Restaurant quality did not match their prices
5. Breakfast is not included, though there is a good bagel place in town, so this is not that huge a drawback.
