This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location, but house keeping is deplorable. I had to ask for bathroom amenities and coffee replacement everyday. The bathroon shower curtain had two cover snaps broken, so it was dangling on those two spots, and remained so. The bath robe had one of the trivets for the waist band torn, and guests will be charged $100 for a bathrobe in those cobditions...if they decide to take it? The duvet cover had holes in it, which is totally unacceptable! I had to ask for drinking glasses, coffee cups and sugar, because they did not provide these when I asked for coffee to he refurbished. One day, I left my daughter sleeping in the room (this was a suite with a separate bedroom) and left the do not disturb sign on the suite door, room service came in and emptied the trash...since she came in, completely disregarding the sign, you would think she could refurbish amenities, coffee, change the used drinking glasses, etc., think again! Awful hoysekeeping....oh and the dust...night tables had a bottom shelf that was dusted as far a tha arm could reach....the rest had a thick dust bed you could write on...I will put pictures up for you to see. Front desk was apologetic and quick to react, but the problem persisted throughout my stay at this beautiful, yet unfortunately ill kept hotel.
