We just finished the solar install process, while it was a long process we are happy we used EcoMark. We began the process with a quick consult this past summer and our sales rep, Halley was nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. At times we would go weeks without an update but would receive communication back within a day if we reached out with any questions. If this were a review for Excel, it would be less than 1 star, it seems they tie the hands of these companies more than they help. The install crew were very professional and polite. The lead kept me updated throughout the install of any issues that had come up and how they were going to fix it. We had a great first impression of EcoMark and referred a friend, who also went solar. We were so busy with our own lives that we didn't think about the referral bonus. When we did ask about it, we had it within the next couple business days. We are now happily collecting our power from the sun and could not be happier.
