Hands down the worst experience I have had with an online company. I contacted SaffireBlue prior to placing an order to let them know that I needed the product in a hurry. They told me no problem, I then placed my large order and called to ask for a rush delivery which they accepted. They sent a small portion of my order as most of the items ordered were out of stock. When I called they said it was my fault for requesting a rush order that if I had waited I would have received all items. I was also told about their hidden 20% restocking fee which miraculously appears on your invoice after you're done buying. I emailed and called numerous times for service, on one call I was called a liar for saying that I was promised delivery on a specific day!!! I finally managed to receive my order with 3 of the wrong items. A week later, I'm still trying to get a response from them on how to return the items.They will probably charge me 20% restocking fee for their error....I'm still waiting. Do yourself of favour, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: This has been going on for over 2 months and still not resolved. I sent pictures of the product they sent me and they agreed to take it back. They told me they would arrange for pickup - it never happened. I still have the product to return at my place. I think the best thing to do is not deal with them and file a complaint with BBB and a dispute through MasterCard.
