We were privileged to work with Karen King as our designer at the Pacific Lifestyle Homes Design Studio when choosing our finishes for the new home we are building with Garrette Custom Homes. Karen helped us select our carpeting; hardwood and vinyl flooring; cabinetry; countertops; and lighting and plumbing fixtures; as well as other details such as paint colors, etc.
Karen was very pleasant to work with. She kindly accommodated our tight timeline and busy schedule, and was very patient with us during our decision-making process. We appreciated this, as this is our first time building a new home, and we were slightly overwhelmed with the many choices we needed to make in a short period of time.
We were impressed with Karen's knowledge of the products, and liked that she explained the features and benefits of each. During the process, Karen was respectful of both our style choices and our budget. She identified the advantages and disadvantages of the products we ultimately chose, and included care instructions for maintaining our finishes.
