It is the only bank that has no charges to the account be it a savings account or a current account.
It is located along Kampala road,opposite Cairo Bank and The Central Bank of Uganda.

They have the worst customer service and don't care about the clients. I waited in line for hours only to get to the teller and she tells me my withdraw will take long so I sit back and wait till the closing time.

There's no customer care and they are very slow. I have personally been stuck in the bank for than 6 times. They don't mind about customers.

Officers at equity bank church house branch are so caring people, they always do their best to ensure that the clients are fully satisfied with the services. They have a good reception where people even sit instead of queueing like other banks in Uganda do. Their services are so awesome in that customers leave the branch officer so satisfied by the solutions they received
