If I could give zero stars I would. Refused warranty claim on an issue with VCM/VTEC that bent a valve. Broke down my engine without any authorization and attempting to charge to put it back together. Pat Roach the rep from American Honda, like always, denies any warranty. They want almost $7,000 to fix a problem caused by crappy Honda engineering of VCM. DO NOT BUY A HONDA. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. They will do things to your car without authorization and if they break it, they blame you any way they can! They will not honor warranty claims. I have been a long time Honda owner and have been warned about their warranty denial. Spread the word! I defended Honda for years and will no longer do it. Get a Ford or anything else. Screw Honda and their crappy products that have gotten worse over the years.
