I had a fair first experience, with the exception of my consult with Bree. During the consult she made me feel that her time was more valuable than the questions I had regarding skincare. I felt I was a burden on her time, then after leaving I found she had charged me incorrectly, which led to some confusion. There was also some confusion with appointments, however after a third appointment, I was able to have the service I wanted by Chaise. For the inconveniences, I was offered a complimentary treatment, which I accepted. I showed up for that appointment and was informed it was never added the schedule. I live a decent distance away and found this to be irritating. I didn't have a good experience and have chosen to go to different Med Spa for further treatments.
