Nice facility in general, employees were very nice...

Nice facility in general, employees were very nice, but they need to remove the hidden charges :
1- such as that you have to pay for the soft drinks and the water even I booked on half board.
2- water heaters in the rooms were not providing hot water all the time, it was hard to adjust the heat of the water.
otherwise it was ok.
