Foods great however, the smell of old cigarette smoke on the lottery ladies and the level of bad service is uncanny to any other place I've ever been. The grumpy lady snaps and ignores you and even if you try to kill her with kindness she makes sure you regret it as she completely lacks basic customer service skills... For being the very first Shari's you'd think they'd want to set an example for the company but nope u get treated like such an inconvenience to them. No way I'll ever recommend this spot . Goodness.
