We came and asked for the style of tasting as we wanted to taste the full menu, compare wines and sit outside. We were told that they only give one wine at a time, as per house rules so we asked why which the staff couldn't explain but replied "You don't have to understand the rules but you have other options in the valley." After providing feedback to the manager we were explained the rule and told that it's based on limited dishwasher capacity and were offered free tasting menu.
