Totally Incompetent! They are outright LIARS! was told my insurance check was mailed day after day for the past three days and nothing. They have been sending the check to me for the past three weeks! Called to speak with a supervisor and she assured the check was sent yesterday. I included a self paid overnight envelope with tracking and there is no sign that it was sent! These people are crooks! Just outright crooks!
What a terrible company! Would never do business with them. They are obviously holding on to the money as long as they can to accumulate additional interest! I bet there are many other customers in the same situation. Way to go.. Screw the little guy! Mr William Mynatt, you should be ashamed of yourself! Just a bunch of crooks!
