You are absolutely 100% the very best at being the worst at Customer Service. For such a large company it is disgusting that your Customer Service is this atrocious. 10 times worse than anything I've ever experienced in my entire life. With millions of complaints about Customer Service, one would think that Uber would get the message loud and clear. Nope. Complaint after complaint. Well they're bleeding market share to Lyft and Uber just reported their quarterly results where they lost 5 billion dollars. How a corporation loses 5 billion in 3 months should be beyond comprehension, but at Uber they must run their financial department just like their Customer Service department. I feel terrible for drivers and consumers since Uber treats them like garbage.
