We used Big bus to do the red London circuit in January, leaving from the stop in front of St Paul's cathedral around 4:15 p.m. and when we arrived at hyde park, around 5:15 p.m. the driver made us all get off the bus saying it was the end of service. All the tourists on the bus were surprised. It would be nice to clarify the end of customer service and make an announcement on the bus before ending up on the other side of London. This is also the attentive service.
