1. On the 1st day, hotel's operator has failed to give the correct information on the check in time. She passed the line up to 3 person. 2. Receptionist on duty was not being friendly. He quite clumsy. When asking about printing service, he not even helpful at all. Keep saying email didn't received even I have sent the correct email. When I asking for another email, he said he just having that one email. Really? Worst receptionist ever. 3. Aircon not functioning on the 1st day, I have to wait an hour until technician arrived to fix the problem. Operator somehow very rude. She cut the line before I finished talking. I'm not even mad at her, just calling for every 20 minutes to make sure the technician to come immediately. 4. Toilet can not flushing properly and smelly. 5. However, bell boy earned my respect, they are very humble person and has gave a lot info about the hotel. Complement also must gives to cafe team, good service and their smile really made my day.
