EDIT: I cannot emphasize enough how terrible every other interaction I've had with them has been. My shower was not fixed and I've been rescheduled 4 times in an attempt to get someone back out. They continually tell me I'm a "priority" while clearly not caring at all if it ever gets done. On top of that I had my a/c unit inspected and turned it on a few days later to find it didn't work. They couldn't send someone out same day to fix what they had screwed up and then couldn't guarantee me a technician on a day I was available. So, all in all, stay as far away as possible from this company.

This was my first experience with Gillece and I was very pleased with my service. John was incredibly professional and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and why. He always wore boot covers and a mask and even wiped up the floor after he was done. He fixed multiple problems with my plumbing quickly and efficiently and the price was fair. Great experience overall!
