I've been dealing with Canberra motorcycles since 2006. In this time have sold one motorcycle through them and bought two motorcycles (one new, one secondhand) plus a pile of gear and spares. I've also had bikes serviced there so can pretty much say I've experienced every side of the business.

They are quite simply very professional in all respects and the layout is clean, tidy and well presented. Overall, they simply do what they say they will do, are prompt, efficient, good communicators, honest and work hard for their customers. The workshop is also first rate.

For my money the best bike shop in Canberra and right up there with the best in Australia. Big thumbs up and thanks to all the (many) guys and girls who have helped me out there. I'd single a few out but they are all terrific. And to counter one of the review here, my experience is that they are all very much passionate about their bikes.
