I see all of the nice reviews on moon. The difference between me and them is they got there call returned. I called 2 times left my number with the same girl. " said a salesman will call you right back".
Nothing. I called a 3rd time .
Talked to a guy in sales it's not available anymore. He said 30 more people didn't get a call back either
Chuckling. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointed in Moon. I hope they can do better.
