Not at all pushy nor did anyone try to sell me anything that I did not need when I came in to buy my new Ridgeline. (Also very quick and stress less)
I had Hugh (sales associate)and Reggie (sales manager)to work with and they were extremely accommodating, respectful and very fun to work with! I was a little worried about meeting with the finance department as in my previous car purchases (in CA - not Honda) that was where I felt pushed into getting additional options (like loan insurance) that I really did not need - but Roy did not try to convince me that I 'needed' anything - he just helped me through the paper work and found me an excellent loan rate. I am a huge fan of this dealership and its people! (And I love my new truck!!)
