An absolutely fantastic experience. Purchased a new TDI Beetle Convertible. Have been shopping for several months and they are pretty hard to come by. Justin took care of 95% of my deal before I arrived and respected the fact that I had to be at work within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership on the day of sale. I was in and out in 1.5 hours with the exact car I had been looking for, detailed and beautiful. Finance was a breeze. I appreciate the respect given to my professional schedule and Justin's willingness to work with me without requiring me to spend a ton of time at the dealership. On previous visits I had worked with another sales person, Roland, and he was fantastic as well. Friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. Thanks VW!
