I am sorry to say but today I am very disappointed...

I am sorry to say but today I am very disappointed in this company, I had booked my apt back in Sep for Sunday Dec 22 @ 1:30 cleaning, I received a confirmation during the week that Harni would be here at 1:30pm give or take 30 mins. It is now 4pm and there has been no phone call from the company or any sight of Harni. I have sent 2 emails and left 3 messages. I could clean my own house but I am unable to use my right hand as I broke my shoulder. I will now have to find someone on short notice to see if they can come and clean my home. I am not blaming Harni I am blaming the company for poor communication. Life Made Easy, NOT THIS TIME.
