They had no loaner car available when I dropped my car so I asked them to call me after they check it, so that I would know if I need to rent a car.
Nobody called me so I called them four days later. The coordinator told me the service advisor would call me back later to let me know. Nobody called.
I called again the second day, again the same, but nobody called me back. When I finally got hold of the service advisor, he told me the car needs a replacement of one part and they have to back order it. I asked whether there is loaner available and if not whether I could take my car back and make another appointment when the part arrives. He said he would check and call me RIGHT BACK. But no calls whatsoever. When I called again to ask again, they told me the same thing again: SOMEBODY IS GOING TO CALL ME. I am so tired of the service here. It is so HARD to communicate with them. I will definitely not come back again in the future.
