We love our new spa, delivered just in time to enjoy through the winter months. I particularly appreciated both Sam and Chris' above & beyond customer service to get a gate valve and a faulty heater repaired/replaced quickly ... it's hopefully rare that things go wrong, but it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE to have people on the team who really care about making them right.
