As soon as I entered the showroom I was attended to by Troy who was interested and polite.i was looking for a louverd fan vent and chose the most suitable to do what I needed.
I installed it the same day and found that 1 of the louvers would not close after expelling air.
I emailed them and they agreed to send a replacement vent at no cost which arrived in 2 days.
They were very apologetic about the vent and the inconvenience caused .
It is refreshing to find this sort of company who really care about the product and their customers
