My mother was there recently. She did not get the PT till it was time to leave. She waited 3 hours for a glass of water and an hour for a Tylenol. She had a broken shoulder, which required surgery to repair. They never changed her dressing or cleaned the wound. They ask her if she wanted to sign over her social security check. I would not take a loved one there.
