Bad service, bad product. Sent in my robot vacuum ...

Bad service, bad product. Sent in my robot vacuum clean as still getting E21 error. Told the customer service officer that i clean the contacts regularly and still getting the same error. Collected back the vacuum as Electrolux said they have fixed it. I saw the description on the service note and it said that they just cleaned the contact. Unable to do further testing, I went back with a leap of faith that it has been resolved. Furthermore, i am not allowed to keep a copy of the service note. I just got the E21 error again repeatedly. Wasted my time and money going down and get nothing resolved.
