We signup for a month to month services. We called to cancel the subscription at the end of the month. The next month they withdrew funds from the credit card. We called to cancel again, and again they took our money the next month. It was only after a yelling phone call with their customer services, they finally canceled the subscription. but guess what, they send us a bill for the third month and now they are threatening collection action. There are far better services out there this should be the last on your list. Technology has finally catch up with them and they cant figure out how to make money and they resort into shady business.
