Desperately unqualified staff.
I have just received information from Lufthansa that my flight to Frankfurt has been canceled. Lufthansa Ticket System is offline. Naturally.
So I call the TXL to ask if there is a direct line to the ticket office in Tegel. The woman on the phone told me that I should just go to the airport. That would be my best way to get to Frankfurt. When I asked if she could at least see if any flights were still going to Frankfurt, she said only: "We have stopped the apron clearance because of thunderstorms."
Would have been a useful piece of information before flying to the airport in good luck to get another ticket at the ticket counter.

Terribly unqualified or just bad staff!
