Horrible experience, One of their clients rear-end...

Horrible experience, One of their clients rear-ended my car. They are not returning my calls or voicemails.
My car is too damaged to drive very far.
I'm stuck waiting for them, I was supposed to drive out of town, I can't because they are dragging their feet on this claim.
I can't believe how horrible this experience has been
