AVOID!!!! This company is a joke, I ordered a phone on the 14th of July and cancelled the following day due to them not telling me until after my order that it takes 10 - 14 working days to receive the item! I needed the phone ASAP so was no use to me! I am still waiting for a refund and it is now the 7th of August!!! I have contacted customer services numerous times via email as it s impossible to speak to someone on the phone and I have been told to wait 10-14 working days for a refund however it is now past that and still no refund!!!!! It s shocking especially from I never even received the phone! Wish I read other reviews before purchasing from here, I have contacted the right people to take this further and hope this company will be shut down!!!!!
