Had one for my car serviced there they put scratch...

Had one for my car serviced there they put scratches on my car and when I showed it to them they said no this was there from before but the paperwork didn't show any scratches and they denied it completely. Service that's why I just said that my manager will call you but nobody called me till now. Please inspect your car before giving them for service.
